Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey Week 10
This week went by fast. I am sad to say that I do not have much new to report this week other than I was good about getting in my exercise with the Elliptical machine. It is getting easier and easier and I can get in my 30 minutes with no problems at all. It is true that it gets easier, so stick with it!
The weather is getting nicer, slowly but surely and I can not wait to start getting outside every day! I am getting some serious cabin fever. Yesterday it was so warm out that after we cleared 10 more inches of snow from the driveway we played with the dog and sat in the camping chairs soaking up the sun!
This week I started receiving the Fresh Frozen Nutrisystem meals , which are so good! Instead of only receiving the pantry meals, these are fresh frozen full meals like Stuffed shells, Ravioli, Salisbury Steak with Mac n Cheese and more pizza! I love that they have the salisbury steak and mac n cheese because my family loves meatloaf and homemade mac so it gives me an alternative for when they have that meal.
Also included , stuffed chicken breast, tacos and enchiladas! I love the new selection. That is one thing that is the biggest help for me, Nutrisystem selection is amazing. There is an alternative for me to what my family eats for everything. So far I have found there are very foods that I dislike, I am pleased with almost everything I have had and think I would be lost without this program. If you have heard negative things about the tastes and selection, try it for yourself. You will be surprised.
