What We Thought

I had never in my life tried pimento cheese even though I am from the south until this package arrived. My parents hadn’t tried it either and shortly after getting this package we were planning a big fish fry here at our house. I made a little snack plate with crackers, baby carrots (before the recall) and celery sticks along with several types of Birdies Pimento Cheese.

The way this stuff disappeared when our crowd arrived made my head spin! I was so happy to see everyone enjoy this and I have to say my first experience with pimento cheese was one to remember because I feel that this product is made from the heart with love just as someone would hand make something to bring to an event.

We will definitely have this one our table this Christmas Eve for our annual party and I want to get other dipping ingredients. I feel that this will make our experience even better than the first. Something else amazing is that this is a made in Virginia product and we love shopping local.
