We were sent products from Just Meats to give an honest review. The thoughts contained within this post are ours and may vary from the thoughts of others.
Sunday’s have become such a special time for us. This started as a joke that I wanted to be like everyone’s grandparents used to be and host a Sunday Supper. It became reality when week after week our home became filled with love and laughter on Sundays. The center of this being the meal that usually by Tuesday is already being talked about. “What’s for Sunday Supper?” is a common text that I get multiple times per week and usually I have an answer.
This week I decided to try something new with the products we have gotten from Just Meats. I used the Buffalo Chicken Breast and combined it with a regular recipe around here to create a Buffalo Chicken Dip for my guys to enjoy. A little pre-game for Sunday Supper today (which in case you were wondering will be Beef Stroganoff this week.)
I will talk a bit about the packaging and tuff from Just Meats a little later in the post but for now I want to talk about how easy this recipe was and the fact that in 10 minutes it was in the oven baking.
This meat comes frozen on dry ice, so I just toss it into my freezer when it arrives and create meals from whatever we choose. We get 6 pounds of meat per month, and I use them on days that I know I am going to be in a hurry, and we still want something delicious. Anyway… on to the star of this program:
Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 package Just Meats Buffalo Chicken Breast
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
Cheese to cover
Shred meat in
mixer and add in all ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Put in oven safe dish and cover with grated cheddar cheese. I prefer sharp.
Bake 20 minutes
Enjoy with tortilla chips!
My boys gobbled this right up and said it was some of the best I had ever made. I firmly believe it was because this chicken was tender and already cooked to perfection. This saved me SO much time from boiling the chicken and shredding it myself plus they add delicious seasonings and a marinade package to every meat kit. Easy peasy as my youngest son says!
Now– Here are the deets on the Just Meats boxes. We have been getting them for a few months. If you follow me on social media you will see that we have been sharing plated meals by just adding some simple sides in the evenings, but today I really wanted to go outside of the box for this recipe. It was already a favorite and I knew it would be hard to beat and the boys would be 100% honest. Now they want this exclusively made with the Just Meats Buffalo Chicken Breast.
If anyone has tried this meal kit please leave some comments. How do you use them? I am so excited to continue this collaboration! Keep an eye on the
