What We Thought

I have always loved grinding my own coffee. There is something to be said about starting with a simple bean and shortly after enjoying an amazing cup of fresh homemade coffee. Don’t get me wrong I do love exploring coffee shops and trying different varieties, but there is a lot to be said for making coffee at home in my pajamas while catching up on television, reading the newspaper or just relaxing in the peaceful quiet morning while looking at the lights of my Christmas tree.

This coffee was not only easy to grind, but is delicious.

To celebrate the winter holidays, the women farmers of Café Femenino have come together to offer their first holiday blend called Feliz Navidad.

The blend contains beans from Café Femenino producers in Mexico, Guatemala and Sumatra. This is their first-ever blend combining beans from these three countries.

FLAVOR NOTES: Mexican chocolate, orange zest, hazelnut, nougat, raisin

Nougat is one of my favorite flavors. I added in some regular cream (didn’t need anything flavored with this blend) and some sugar and I was in pure heaven.
