In this age of mobile photography everyone has a camera and everyone has fantastic photos just sitting on the computer or phone. What if there was a way to print beautiful fine art enlargements of those photos. If only a company like that existed. Someone who knew the ins and outs of printing so you don’t have to. Someone who you can actually talk to if you have questions about your photos and the products they offer. A company that doesn’t compromise on quality or customer service simply because not compromising is the right thing to do. Or a company that makes it easy to order exactly the size that you need for your wall or as a gift. Yes, if only that company existed.

Oh, wait…we do exist. We have been doing that very thing since 2006. We started this company because the accessibility to creating fine art quality prints seemed to be locked behind closed doors. Doors that only industry professionals knew about or could access. Doak Walker created Canvas Press to give anyone and everyone access to their very own custom fine art printer.

What We Thought

Recently I was given the opportunity to review a photo canvas from Canvas Press. I had been eyeing a wall in our home and knowing it needed something. I knew immediately what I wanted to do. When Jack was about 4 months old we had a photo taken at the pumpkin patch of him. It was an up close face shot and captured him in hie element. I wanted to do the same thing for Willie, somewhere around the same age and have them on each side of a doorway here in our living room.

I sat down to go through my photos and that was a task in its own, but let me tell you the ordering process with Canvas Press was amazing. I picked out a photo that we took of Willie on Thanksgiving morning. Both of the boys were dressed for company and ready to chow down, but before his outfit was ruined with all of the yummy foods of the day I was able to grab a picture of him that much like the one of Jack it captured Willie perfectly!

I input the photo into their super simple photo uploader and from there I was able to create a masterpiece in minutes. A beautiful 16×20 canvas print was on its way right to our door.

One of the best things about Canvas Press is that I saw a lot of discounts while shopping for my canvas, free shipping on orders over $50 is one that is current.

I was updated throughout the process and when the canvas arrived it was packaged so nicely. I loved that they took time to actually love the product I created and make sure that it arrived to me in pristine condition.

Adding a piece of personalized art to our home is something I am so proud to do and this canvas can even move when Willie does (when he is 40 of course!!)
