I received the mentioned product from Capresso in exchange for an honest review. The opinions contained within this review are mine and may vary from the opinions of others.

About Capresso Iced Tea Maker: Custom brew a refreshing pitcher of iced tea at the touch of a button with the Capresso Iced Tea Maker. Iced tea can be served and stored in the beautiful glass pitcher.

What We Thought: I have lived in Virginia my entire life and a staple since my childhood has been sweet iced tea. It is the nectar of the south and I have consumed more than my fair share.

When I got the opportunity to review the Capresso Iced Tea Maker I knew I was in for a treat, not only because it makes a great amount of tea, but also because I can create great tea recipes using this AND I can also make iced coffee (when I purchase a separate filter).

Using this machine was actually really simple. I put 2 family size tea bags in the basket, closed the lid. Then I filled the water container and replaced it onto the back of the machine. Now, here is a really nice feature. I love strong tea, but my Dad does not. The Capresso Iced Tea Maker has an awesome slider on the front where I can decide how strong the tea will be. I pushed mine as far as it would go, but if my parents were coming over for dinner I would not do that and would have it on the lowest setting. You add ice and sugar (if you like sweet tea) into the glass pitcher. The best thing is there are marks on both the water compartment and the pitcher to let me know how much water and ice I need to add. This takes the guessing game away.

Here is my first pitcher of tea, pre-stirring to mix up the sugar. I couldn’t help myself and took a photo because it is a real beauty!

The first taste was amazing and my husband and I really embraced this machine and have used it literally daily since getting it. We love how easy it is to clean and how much time this has saved because I am no longer waiting for water to boil or making simple syrup to sweeten tea anymore. We had a pitcher of tea in literally minutes.

If you are looking for a great new kitchen counter appliance I highly suggest this. It is a must for people like us that always have tea in the fridge. Retailing for $59.99 you will definitely get your money worth with this product in just saving time, but the taste of the tea will have you hooked!
