What We Thought-

We took a trip to West Virginia in August of this year, mostly to visit family but also to take in some new sights. We love being in God’s Country and our son feels he is a true Mountaineer these days.

On our last night of the trip while staying at Timberline Resort we followed a hiking trail and discovered this beautiful place right at sunset. These are the best memories (other than seeing family) from our trip. I have never seen a sunset so majestic and building our own rock formation as a family was a great experience. I wanted a way to preserve these memories, especially the photos that we had taken because they really captured the happiness of the trip and also the memories from that hidden spot.

Collage.com offers these great Sherpa Photo Blankets that are so easy to design and best of all I was able to include the best photos of that memory onto a warm and fuzzy blanket that our entire family can enjoy. The one I got to design for this review is 50×60 and I added the color around the edges. The photo above is the proof of the actual blanket that I was able to save to my computer and share with family and friends before the blanket even arrived.

I have thought about making another one for my Grandfather who lives in an assisted living home. It is warm and could also stimulate his memory of those he loves the most.
