Having a way to workout but not taking up a ton of space in our home is something I was very interested in as the New Year approached. Lets face it, so many of us have limited home space and storage is constantly an issue. I didn’t want to add a large piece of equipment that would only become a coat rack.

Unboxing the Core Max was absolutely simple. It had some extras that were very appealing to me as well. I love that this amazing little system only takes a minimum of 8 minutes a day. You can of course do more but we can usually come up with 8 minutes to get in a quick workout.

I love that this amazing system comes with a workout guide, a DVD and even has an amazing meal plan!

I used this and absolutely felt “the burn” that I so adore after a workout and then just slipped it right under the bed where it was hidden from the average eye and not something bulky in the middle of the floor.

I am not exactly an experienced person when it comes to working out, so this guide helped me a ton! I was able to learn how to properly use the Core Max and also having the DVD as a reference place was great, too.
