Discover Instant Pot on Prime Day!

Instant Pot is one of my favorite brands that just keeps evolving into a bigger and better company. We love using these products to make delicious meals in sometimes a fraction of the time it takes to cook them. Recently we hosted a fish fry at our home and I wanted to make traditional southern collard greens to go with the fried fish. I also didn’t want to wake up at 6AM to get them started. I hopped online and realized quickly that I could toss these in the Instant Pot and be done.

I took 2 bunches of collard greens, a cup of chicken broth (reduced sodium), some country ham and literally had the most tender greens in 10 minutes. They were amazing!!
