What We Thought

Recently Jack has been asking more and more questions about God, The Bible and other curious child questions that comes with religion. We have been working with him, starting memory verses and other things, but this book has been amazing. The stories are written in a way that he understands and feels that he is getting the answers that he has desired.

I love that we can sit down as a family and read these stories together while often opening our own eyes to the innocence of a child and starting Willie out even younger than Jack with learning about The Bible and all of its stories and wonder.

Rick Warren does an amazing job at conveying the important things for children to know and while browsing his website I even found there are downloadable memory verses that we can expand on from the book instead of just looking for them on the internet.

If you are looking for a great book to start any child on a path to learning about The Bible this is a great place to begin.
