Halo Pocket Power Charger Product Review & Other QVC Must Haves
Back to school is here and the holidays are just around the corner! It is never too early to start your shopping. I pick stuff up all year long for both the girls back to school clothes and holiday gifts. It helps to spread the expense out over the year, plus I can usually find some petty amazing deals.
One place I love to check online is QVC. They have a wide selection of items for the home, men, women, children and so much more. A lot of times I come across things that I actually haven’t seen anywhere else. Like the Halo PocketPower Charger for electronic devices. This handy little gadget is a huge must have for anyone with a cell phone or tablet.
How it works :
The HALO 2800mAh PocketPower Charger for Cellphones & Electronics is exactly as it’s title describes, a pocket charger for electronics and cell phones. It is about the size of a lip gloss and can power up your devices for hours when you get stuck away from home or without electricity. The HALO has a USB end and comes with a USB cord that includes multiple attachments to ensure it fits your device.
To test the HALO we brought it with us on a family day trip. Usually my daughters and I have to bring all of our cords , we do not have car chargers so we plug our cords into a power pack that sits in the cup holder and plugs into the cigarette lighter. This is always a huge pain because then there are cords running all over the place and the girls trip over them when getting in and out of the vehicle. So we left everything at home and brought just the HALO. Half way through the day the first cell phone died. The HALO charged it back up to half battery which lasted until we got home that evening. It really is such a convenience to have. Well worth the price ! $29.98 and available in 10 different colors. Visit QVC to read more about specific charge times and other information.
Scarves are not just for winter ! They are a huge fashion accessory and are more popular now than ever. Whether a light silk tied at the neck with a flowing summer dress or a knit scarf over a turtleneck sweater with jeans and boots, the scarf will complete any outfit. This Belle gray by Lisa Rinna Colorblock Infinity Scarf from QVC is so versatile that you can wear it all year long. It is called an “infinity” style which basically means it is connected and continuous. The term colorblock refers the two tone coloring in the scarf. Available in blue with light blue, pink with darker pink, or black and charcoal. The scarf is 100% Viscose and made in India. At $24 down from $30 this is a fashion must have ! Makes a great gift.
Last but not least, is the Sachi Set of 6 Insulated Market Totes. First thing I thought was awesome was the fact that they come in a set. A set of 6 at that ! This is such a great idea because I know a lot of people who use market totes have one for each type of grocery item. One for meat , one for produce, one for cold items and the such. This way you do not end up putting apples in where you have carried home meat. It is safer and more sanitary. These insulated market totes help to keep the cold items cold and the hot items hot. I am notorious for grocery shopping and then ending up in 3 other stores before I go home so these are perfect and kept my ice cream frozen!
I was impressed at the packaging and the way these are made. They come folded up with a snap closure stored in their own box that matches the color/pattern of the tote. As much as I hated to , I did take them out of the boxes. The way I store these is inside of each other and then I hang the handles of on over the head rest on the backseat so it hangs into the way back of the Jeep. Then when I want them I just grab out one, two or all ! The set sells for $33, an excellent price for 6 insulated bags of this quality.
All of the above mentioned items offer discounts if you buy more , so take a look and take advantage of these great prices. Think holiday gifts !
