Significant life changes are sometimes ones that we plan, like getting married or moving home; other times, they are things that take us by surprise. Humans aren’t all the way equipped to deal with everything that happens – and that means things can get very tough when things change.
So how can you handle big life changes in a healthy way?
Accept
