2. Ask For Feedback

If you’re like everyone else, you are probably desperate for feedback. This is natural, but don’t let your feelings of desperation ruin your chance at getting this job. It’s okay to ask for feedback, but ask out of interest instead of desire. You might not hear from the recruiter for a while, and that’s okay. Follow up occasionally but not too often.
