We live in a time where people seem to be more body aware and health conscious than ever. There are gimmicks everywhere that are telling people they can be thinner, have less wrinkles, there is permanent makeup, longer lashes, more hair, etc. Of course there is still the option of plastic surgery too and for those considering many people have looked into the best plastic surgeon Tampa.

When people hear plastic surgery they immediately think they are going under the knife, but that is not always the truth. There are many non-surgical options when considering making changes to your life. Botox has been used recently for people who suffer migraine headaches and it is considered a non-surgical option.

Enhancing things like your smile with Juvederm is a huge option for so many people these days as well. Dermal fillers like Juvéderm offer the perfect alternative: these versatile, minimally invasive injectables temporarily diminish deep lines and can also be used to add volume to cheeks and lips.

Everyone’s skin is different—but no one is too young or too old to start taking better care of their face. Whether you’re looking to clear up your complexion, prevent sun damage or reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, Farrior Facial Plastic Surgery provides the talent and expertise to reach your skin goals.

I find that the older I get the less desirable surgery sounds to me because I have had enough medical procedures that I absolutely had to have, but the idea of reducing some of the scars from said surgeries sounds very appealing. Lessening those scars or often making them completely invisible would really give me a better sense of self esteem and I would no longer worry that people were looking at those scars when I was in a bathing suit.

Having the blog has given me the ability to discuss health topics and even touch on the love that I have for the simple things in life when it comes to beauty. Being healthy especially now that I am a parent is a huge deal to me. Becoming a parent may mean less “me time” but it means more personal responsibility and while I may not be interested in going under the knife anymore, I am willing to do whatever it takes to stay healthy and as happy as possible for my boys so that they have the best childhood memories possible.

How do you take time to be as healthy as possible? Have you ever had surgical or non-surgical plastic surgery? I would love to hear your experiences especially those regarding minimizing scars from previous procedures. This is something that I am very passionate about especially with the amount I have plus my “tiger stripes” from having the boys. Y’all know the ones…..
