What We Thought

First and foremost, the ordering process for Moonpig was so much fun. I was given a credit to choose cards for family and friends to mail for Valentine’s Day this year and I am so tickled with how they turned out. I was able to fully customize them and while I would love to share I have promised myself I am going to limit the amount that my kids are shown on social media for their privacy. I added a favorite picture of mine to cards for their grandparents and also made my parents one featuring their prized Corgi so that they even have a card from her.

The customizing process was literally a blast. I had a hard time choosing actual cards and deciding which ones I wanted to send to who, but after I got it, all figured out I was happily surprised to see they will even mail them for me or send them directly to me. I chose some of the very large cards which were still priced less than some grocery store cards at $7.99. I did not mail any direct this time, but it’s a great idea to have on hand because I have a lot of family out of town that I love to surprise with a random card from time to time. I think these would be great if you know someone is going through something and you think they need a pick me up.

I picked cards as mentioned above for my parents, my best friend who lives in another state (I am adding into a package for her which is why I didn’t direct ship) a card for my husband and one each for my boys. I have to spoil them some for Valentine’s Day too!

Upon looking they also offer e-cards which I thought might have been a thing of the past, but also a great way to surprise someone with a little special something in their inbox. There was also an option to add a gift card to many popular stores.

So… here is the best part. These cards arrived WAY faster than originally expected. This is always a happy surprise for me. I did have to hide them and hope I didn’t hide them too well so that I can’t find them but we will see how that goes HA!

Here is the card I made for my husband– Side note his name isn’t Alex but I was able to customize it to say his name and add a little message inside. I am known for these corny type cards and love that I have a new place to buy them
