I just finished week 4 on the Nutrisystem Success plan and so far it has been easy and rewarding! I am down 9 lbs!
I am going to get right to the point of this post. I have been so distracted getting use to following the plan and staying on track that I haven’t really thought about much else. Like PMS…. I am not going to lie, this past week has been a little hard. This probably is not the topic you expected to see my write about here, but it is something that most of us have to deal with so I figured someone could relate! Either way, I will keep it short and to the point.
For me, PMS means Give Me Chocolate and Sweets or Die. Sound harsh? It is, I know! Those cravings really get to me! At first I was freaking out like “oh my god, I am not going to make it through this”. Then I realized just how much chocolate is in this house that I CAN eat and be o.k with! See, Nutrisystem thinks of everything. Their dessert selection is huge. Including Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cake, Fudge Brownie Sundae, Oatmeal Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookie and so many more. You will not be left without something to curb your craving, whether it be from PMS or just because you are a sweets fanatic!
The desserts are perfectly portioned and SO rich that you will be satisfied when you are finished.
Fudge Brownie Sundae
Rich, creamy chocolate ice cream, brownie bites and decadent fudge
Chocolate Cake
Add some sliced strawberries or blueberries with a small drop of fat free Topping
I had a little trouble getting motivated because I also get very tired feeling , but the Protein Shake helps with that.
Guess what flavor I had all week …… YUP You guessed it! Chocolate!
Now if only Nutrisystem had something to help my poor husband through these trying times 😉
I am proud to say after 4 weeks, one month… I am down 9lbs. I wanted to hit 10lbs, but am not by any means disappointed. I feel as though I set that goal just a little too high and losing even 1 lb a week is great. I do need to get on track and get more regular exercise in. That takes up so much time for me. I wish working online counted! My fingers sure do get a workout!

Pms has always been my worst time when it comes to wanting to eat everything in sight, so I can totally relate. Those options you show would get me past my cravings, they look awesome! Great job on writing real, cause pms and chocolate cravings is sooo real! Keep on loosing! 🙂
