I have been enjoying  Nuvia Cafe’s Healthy Coffee for the last few months so I was excited to hear that there was a new product coming out. The NuviaTrim Weightloss Coffee.  Anything I can eat or drink that helps to suppress your appetite is a must have for me!  I am constantly on the go around the house, outside with the dog , chasing the kids, cleaning and more.   At the end of the day I am starving like I have not had anything to eat in a week. Starting with the NuviaTrim first thing in the morning not only gives me the energy I need, but helps to control my appetite.

My Results 

I drank one cup NuviaTrim daily for 3 weeks.  There is a slight taste difference from regular coffee , but I was use to it after a few cups.  Basically the difference was just that it seems a little more bitter.  I was nervous that I might end up feeling funny because I get shaky really easily, but I did not experience any jitters or shakiness. I was able to go more than half the day without feeling hungry and having the cravings I normally do.  Being aware that going without food all day is not healthy, I did force myself to eat something small at lunchtime.  The cravings and starving feel was not there though.   I lost an average of 1.5lbs each week while drinking the coffee.
