Our Thoughts on Pink Zebra

Making our home feel welcoming when we invite guests over or when people just stop by is something that makes me feel like a great housewife. I never in my life thought that I would be happy as a work from home mom, but even before our boys were born I took a lot of pride in the fact that I was blogging from home and at that point providing for our household.

I honestly wasn’t sure how I would feel being a work from home mom, but I fell right into my own routine right away after our first son was born 4 1/2 years ago, finished up my college degree and while I am proud of it have never used it. Yes, I have a Criminal Justice degree but at the end of the day my happiness lies in being a wife, mom and a blogger.

Part of being a happy wife & mom is feeling relaxed at home and creating my own element. Pink Zebra has so many products that help us women (and men too) feel excited about decorating their homes but also making them smell absolutely amazing!

I got an opportunity to review 3 products from Pink Zebra and let me tell you I am obsessed. I had never heard of Pink Zebra until the time of this review and now I want to experience everything about it.

MOUNTAIN LODGE SIMMER POT

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Simmer Pot because I had only used competitor products until this time and the scents were a new concept as well. I unboxed it and immediately fell in love. I really liked the design and the fact that it takes up very little space but is adorable. The design goes well with our decor and the outdoors feel of our home. Lets face it, I live with a house full of boys. Even the fish is a boy. I like to have something that matches the feel of our home, but also gives me a feeling that I have a little something girly.

The simmer pot is $28 and is currently out of stock but let me tell you there is a simmer pot for every person, personality and home!

VANILLE TOBACCO 3.75 OZ. JAR SPRINKLES

Dried tobacco leaves with Tonka bean, tobacco blossoms and cocoa make for an exotic and enticing cologne.

The Vanille Tobacco Sprinkles are $9.00 and worth absolutely every single penny. I started out with a small amount in the simmer pot because I didn’t want to go overboard with a new scent and within minutes our home was starting to smell amazing. When I saw that this scent is “warm” I hope you know what I mean. I was instantly reminded of the smell at came from a pipe and really love it. I have since used quite a bit of this scent because I can’t get enough.

FRESH LINEN 3.75 FL. OZ. SOAKS

From the Pink Zebra website:

Snowy white, freshly washed linens drying under a sunny blue sky. Includes spray cap so you can squirt, pour or spray you Just Add Soaks products.

With the “soaks” I got a reed diffuser that has a very unique design. It has a lid to shake so you can really get the scent spread throughout the reeds.

The soaks have been used quite a bit in our home. I love that they are “blendable” so if I want to get creative I can make my own scents. I haven’t done this yet, but look forward to purchasing more Soaks and other products from Pink Zebra to use them on.

The reed diffuser is only $7.00 and the Fresh Linen Soaks are $13.00.
