What We Thought

I absolutely hate handling cat litter. It is heavy, awkward and usually makes a huge mess when I have to pour it. I am happy to say that using this packaging style was a lot easier because while it does weigh 42 pounds and that may prove to be an issue for some customers it was perfect for me. Often I find myself having to buy a box and then a little extra to be certain that I have enough, but with this bag I didn’t have to worry about that.

Our cats go indoors and outdoors, but most recently we have had the worst rainy days and they have wanted to stay inside and sleep a lot. Being indoors means of course using the litter more than ever. I noticed that with the Scoop Away litter I didn’t have the after-smells especially from the urine of our male cats. This litter was great at masking the scents and the cats really liked using it and had to resistance to it at all unlike some other types that we have tried.

Some perks that I found with this packaging style is that the bag has a closure so there is no risk of it getting knocked over and spilling everywhere. There is a pull away handle on the back of the bag so I had no real issues with carrying it. The litter is almost dust free which means no sneezing by me or the cats.

This litter is $15.99 and worth every penny!

Being able to buy much needed animal supplies from Chewy.com and having them come to our door is a huge bonus. I love that we can order and depending on our order amount it may even be here the very next day (also depending on what time we order). I am happy to say that even when we have had issues with personal orders that Chewy is always super helpful and their customer service is top notch! Available 24 hours a day, the friendly voice that I heard over the phone when we had an issue was something that made it seem not too bad at all.
