Stress is ugly. There is no other word to describe. It affects us in a variety of ways. But more importantly, stress destroys your health and your appearance. It’s no wonder that it has become the number one killer in the workplace. High stress can effectively steal years of your life while adding them to your face and your overall body. Needless to say, it’s time to take a stand and fight it off! 


What stress really does to you varies a lot. Some of you can experience unpleasant acne breakouts when they’re going through a stressful time, and there’s nothing you can do to control them! Headaches and migraines are a typical physical response, as your blood pressure rises. Frequent headaches, however, can increase tiredness, making your completion appear tired and your skin less elastic. You might even notice some grey and white hair after stressful events. Last but not least, stress becomes your inner critic; it affects the way you perceive yourself and makes you feel small and vulnerable. But, you don’t have to let it crush you!
