If you read my last post you know that I had gotten a bit discouraged because I have been sick. Well the cold is still kind of hanging on and I have not really gotten back into my workout routine, but I have been getting outside to do some work around the yard. I have continued to eat right and follow the plan, however I have backed off some on the Nutrisystem food.
