      #NSNation Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey Week 10   This week went by fast.  I am sad to say that I do not have much new to report this week other than I was good about getting in my exercise with the Elliptical machine. It is getting easier and easier and I can get in my 30 minutes with no problems at all.   It is true that it gets easier, so stick with it!
