What We Thought

As a Mom, I know it’s next to impossible to find time to take care of myself and make sure that I get enough self care in. I was thrilled to receive this bath soak because it gave me a chance to take a break, take a bath and relax. I put on some calming music, lit a few calming candles and ran myself a nice, hot bath with this awesome bath soak. I was pleasantly surprised that the bath bubbled up with the soak, I didn’t expect that. The crystals of the soak dissolved easily and didn’t leave behind any residue in the bath tub. I have plantar fasciitis as well as arthritis in my knees and I have noticed a good change in each of them since using this product. The smell is amazing and it truly did restore energy. I took a bath at night, after my son was asleep, and I ended up cleaning half the house because I felt so great!

My favorite form of self care is going to get a pedicure at my favorite salon but here lately it has been hard to find the time to go. Plus, it costs money and I’m all about saving where I can. So, a few times I have drawn up a bowl of hot water and soaked just my feet which has really helped them feel better! I love having the option of doing a lot or a little with this soak. And for the days when I don’t have time to do either, the bath wash is really great! It smells amazing and it lathers up really nicely. It’s helped relieve some tension and help to put me and a more focused state of mind to start my day. I am a huge fan of natural products like this and I totally recommend this blend if you have any sort of issues with pain, or even for relief after a hard workout!
