I feel that the simpler approach is better when it comes to some business models which works best for me, but others have a more complex system and allow for more user engagement.

 

Often having a customized user experience is highly important too. People love options and being able to choose how they use a service. Personally I love this myself. It is like going to a salad bar and having choices for vegetables, dressings and other toppings. Some days you may want easier/simple while other times you may want to load up on your toppings and go with a more complex choice. Either way, you are customizing what you want and leaving feeling satisfied.

 

Whether you are just starting a business or revamping the one you already have, we highly suggest doing research on customer onboarding. The methods utilized with this technique can improve your business. Knowing your customers and  their wants/needs will make you a successful businessperson.
