What We Thought: Packing with a child is always hard, especially clothing. I over pack everywhere I go. I could be going away for 1 night and pack a weeks worth of clothes. I am just as bad for our son. Back in March we went on a nearly week long vacation and it was intense to pack for our son. It was hard to decide what to pack him as the weather conditions were definitely different where we were than here. We were literally staying at a ski resort property rental. I had to pack in tubs, and that is not fun.

Okiedog has some great products when it comes to packing for kids. I was thankful to be able to review an adorable little suitcase that is perfect for keeping my over packing under control, but being able to take great things for our son.

First I will talk about this adorable little dog backpack. This is the perfect size to carry some toys around without bringing along too much. I feel like this could also be used in a preschool environment and our son absolutely loves to fill it up and take toys places that we go on a regular basis. The Wildpack Backpack  retails for $24.95 and measures 8.66 x 10.63 x 4.72. The material holds its shape and I feel like whatever he packs along will be safe inside.

Next I reviewed this awesome suitcase. It is an adorable Panda with Chinese themed designs on the material. Inside it is roomy and also provides the same shape holding material as the backpack. This will hold several days worth of clothing and toiletries as well. The Wildpack Suitcase retails for $44.95 and measures 16.14 x 9.06 x 5.91. Empty it is very lightweight which is helpful because so many suitcases are heavy and can become too much to carry when loaded down.
