This movie had me at Sarah Drew who is very well known for her role in Grey’s Anatomy. She is one character that Shonda let walk and didn’t “kill off” in a viewers ugly crying fit. She is beautiful in this movie and it is based on a true story which makes it even better. You will also recognize Michael O’Neill from Grey’s as well.

About Indivisible:

Fresh out of the seminary and basic training, Army chaplain Darren Turner receives orders to deploy to Iraq, leaving his wife behind to care for their three young children. The harsh realities of war soon take their toll on Turner and his battalion, making it hard to stay connected to his beloved family. When Darren finally comes home, the Turners must decide if they’re willing to face one more battle — the fight to save their marriage.

This is a faith based movie that will bring viewers to their knees in prayer for their own marriages. The events in this movie will hit home for many people and without giving away spoilers because you guys know how much I can’t stand those– This movie will leave you thinking long past the theater.

This story shows how the life of war and home can often be troubling and while this is technically a war movie it is far from your average war movie. Indivisible depicts post-war PTSD and while some may think it is cliche’ it is definitely something that many soldiers and other military personnel deal with on a daily basis and it does affect their home lives a great deal.
