Our Thoughts

LifeBasis offers a brilliant line of ultrasonic cleaners for both the personal and professional level at a cost that anyone can afford. The main question being “what is an ultrasonic cleaner”

Ultrasonic cleaners use ultrasonic (the same wave that produces ultrasound images) frequencies and cleaning solvents to clean dental and laboratory equipment, jewelry and industrial products. In the 1950s the first professional ultrasonic cleaners was introduced to the market. Two decades later, commercial ultrasonic cleaners were used in the home.

For myself I have found that since having children I want things to be extremely clean. We realize quickly that there are germs on everything, especially our day to day items that are used/worn constantly.

As you can see above the products that can be added into the ultrasonic cleaner are pretty much endless. I love the idea that we can use them to clean our son’s bottles and add other things that our older boy plays with as well (think things like Matchbox cars) and ensure they are completely sanitary. The idea of adding my silverware is highly appealing as well. Recently we had norovirus and I really went on a cleaning spree afterwards. I wanted to ensure that those germs were no longer in our home.

Upon research of ultrasonic cleaners I found some great resources on what they do remove from surfaces and guys, I want to tell you I am super impressed:

Ultrasonic cleaners are machines that use high frequency sound waves to efficiently and effectively remove contaminants from solid surfaces including ceramics, glass, metals, plastics and rubber. Some of the benefits are minimal power consumption and removal of various contaminates without harsh scrubbing.

Ultrasonic cleaners remove trace amounts of contaminants even if they are hiding in crevices or tightly embedded onto solid surfaces. For this reason, parts typically do not need to be disassembled before cleaning, saving time and hassle. Removable contaminants include dirt, rust, oil, soot, mold, wax, lime scale, algae, fungus, bacteria, carbon deposits, polishing compounds, pigments, fingerprints, biological soil and grease.

I am thinking that these amazing ultrasonic cleaning machines would work amazingly on my jewelry as well as so many other things. I love that the list seems to go on and on about what these machines do and how well they can work for the everyday household without having to go somewhere to have things professionally cleaned. I can let this work while I do other things around the house and it is finished in minutes.

Varying in price depending on size the options are nearly endless with LifeBasis. Even their most expensive model is still under $200 and to me keeping my products clean and my family as sanitary as possible is worth absolutely every penny. Some even include a watch stand to keep your best watches as clean as possible!
