Beat Bugs Toys Are Here!

I received the mentioned products in exchange for an honest review. The thoughts contained within this post are mine and may vary from the thoughts of others.

ABOUT THE SHOW: Created by Josh Wakely, Beat Bugs is an Emmy award winning animated kids series featuring music inspired by The Beatles. Currently a hit on Netflix, the story revolves around the lives of five best friends, charming and funny childlike bugs who explore and learn in their suburban backyard home. Each episode ties in a song made famous by The Beatles in an innocent and child-friendly fashion, sung by one of the characters or guest stars that include mega musicians like P!nk, Sia, Jennifer Hudson, Rod Stewart and more. Beat Bugs introduces a new generation to the music of the most influential band in rock history, The Beatles!

Target holds a key to my heart for so many reasons but recently we found out they will be carrying a great line of products from the amazing Netflix show Beat Bugs. If you remember recently I made a post talking about this show and we have watched every episode numerous times now and we are still hooked. Jack just turned 4 and this show really keeps his interest, so if you are looking for something new for your kids to watch, definitely check out Beat Bugs on Netflix.

Anyway, back to these toys… Jack received some amazing toys and a great coloring book from Beat Bugs to try out and I want to talk a little about them.

First this amazing Beat Bugs MP3 Mic:

Super simple to set up by just unscrewing the back and taking out the aux cord and plugging it into a device. Jack has used his tablet and also my cell phone. Jack was an instant rock star. The mic comes with “All You Need is Love” programmed already (my favorite Beatles song by the way) and by plugging it into a device you get to use whatever music you want. There are 2 features where music is controlled, one being to make the music louder and one makes it quieter to hear the voice more. Our whole family has had a blast with this mic and it will definitely stay in our toy circulation for a very long time. To see more ideal gifts for 7 year old girls, you can check out this list by

Next we got this:

This Fab Figure named Buzz is SO cute! Jack has had so much fun making up little skits with her and using her with his other toys while he is playing. I love that she is just the right size and also she does not have any parts that can come off from what we have seen. She is used for ages 3 and up as the package shows but unlike some other toys I felt perfectly fine with Jack playing with her and even showing his little brother who got quite a few giggles.

Jack also got a huge Crayola Beat Bugs coloring book with pages that we can remove one at a time (pictures to come!!). This book is great to just have at our dining room table and we have colored together quite a few of the pages already. We have enjoyed spending quality time together while coloring.

If you would like to get your hands on some of these great products for your kids definitely check out Target in their toy section, but also check out the other amazing Beat Bugs products they have while you are there. I think you guys will be really impressed just like we are.

Being a part of the Beat Bugs Dream Team has been a great opportunity for our family to explore the many things that this amazing little show has to offer!!

Thank you so much for your review and for including how to get the Beat Bugs MP3 Mic to work. We got our 5 year old one for Christmas this year and the directions got lost. Thanks to you we now know how to get music to his mic!
