SmartyPants Adult & Children Gummy Vitamins- Product Review
Every time the subject of taking a daily vitamin comes up, I almost always hear that people do not bother taking them. The main reason being that they either always forget OR they do not like to swallow those big pills. Â I have taken a daily vitamin for years so I am use to it, but I can be forgetful. Â The idea of a gummy vitamin has always appealed to me for a few reasons. Â They are easy to take, taste better than the chalky chewable kind and do not require water for swallowing, which means if I forget to take them I can do it anywhere, anytime.
The SmartyPants All In One Multivitamin is the perfect product for someone that has issues with taking vitamins like mentioned above. They are soft and small chewy vitamins that are similar to a gum drop.  The kids and I like the flavor, a variety of citrus,  and the texture. These are not a really hard gummy,  they are soft and easy to chew.
They are coated in an all natural coarse cane sugar to prevent them from sticking together in the packaging. Â The multivitamin is also a great source of Omega 3s and Vitamin D, Â vitamins that are essential to heart and bone health. Â The only thing I noticed was that you do have to take quite a few of these at a time- Â adult serving size = 6 Â , Â children’s serving size= 4.

I love chewy vitamins. I had trouble keeping regular vitamins down but the chewy ones work great!

Wow, these are really good vitamins to buy and take. I take Vitamins and I like that it is gummy vitamins for Adults. I would love to take a vitamin for once that tastes good. Then I would probably take them more.

I dont like those big horse pill vitamins . Chewy or gummy ones are much better . I have not heard of this brand before. These sound like worth trying these. I do buy gummy ones for my grandson . thanks for the info on these

Chewy vitamins are no doubt the best way to nourish your body in terms of supplements. Obviously the big worry lies in the fact that you can not guarantee the potency of gummy vitamins. So I suggest going with a brand that is well reviewed scientifically. Luckily, these days, just about every organic healthy line has gotten into the gummy vitamin scene.

I take a gummy calcium chew twice a day, and a huge chalky prenatal vitamin that I can’t stand!! Half of the time it gets stuck in my throat. These look so yummy!
