About Stonz: As an active mom based on Canada’s wet and rugged West Coast, Lisa discovered that finding warm footwear for her young kids was near impossible. With her five-month old son in a backpack, Lisa resorted to wrapping scarves around her son’s legs to keep him warm. When she met another mom with a boot that looked a lot like a fleece-lined chalk bag (which was made-by-hand for her child), Lisa instantly knew that these booties could fill a need in the market. Together, they created some booties samples – made with a fleece lined inner and a coated nylon exterior. The booties were designed with stylish appliqués, soft soles for a custom fit, and toggles at both the calf and ankle so that they stayed on.

After nine years in business, the Stonz team knows that they are meeting a real need. They are constantly delighted to hear from parents and grandparents from all over who are enjoying the booties – just as Stonz intended.

What we received: Stonz sent me a pair of Blue/Black Rain Bootz. They shipped from Canada and arrived much faster than I expected. Fast shipping is a huge plus. Stonz boots are 100% all natural rubber and have a quick dry cotton lining.

What we thought: As soon as I opened the box my son immediately wanted to put these boots on. After putting them on he screamed YES! THEY FIT PERFECT! Needless to say he loves them!

They are very high quality. Most rain boots that I’ve seen are kinda flimsy. These are not. These are really firm and according to my son, very comfortable.

Value: These all natural rain boots are available in various colors for $35.99. These are a great quality boot for the price. I have personally purchased rain/rubber boots from a department store for $30, they are nothing in comparison. This boot is something I would expect to see sell for $50.
